Dr Andreas Schroeder Professor of Digital Strategy and Services Innovation
Dr. Andreas Schroeder is a Professor at Lancaster University Management School, with expertise at the intersection of Operations Management and Information Systems.
His research focuses on ‘servitization’ — the transformation of manufacturing firms into service-led businesses that compete through high-value offerings. As a senior member of the Advanced Services Group, he works closely with leading global manufacturers, supporting their strategic and digital transformation journeys.
